"Property was just as expected and we loved the view. House fit our family of 14 well. Check in process was rated a 4 only because we didn't get our door code at or before the 4:00 checkin time. I called at 4:05 to get the code and was given the code then. The text with the code wasn't received until 4:18. Otherwise everything was great! "

"The chalet is a peaceful retreat with an amazing view! Close enough to all of the fun in Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge, you also have easy access to the national park. We enjoyed spending evenings on the deck watching thunderstorms off in the distance and gazing at the stars. "

"We had a great stay overall and really appreciated the location and views. The cabin is spacious and comfortable, with a layout that worked well for a larger group. The owner was polite and very responsive—when a nail popped on a floor trim piece, he had it taken care of immediately, which we really appreciated. The pictures of the view does not do it justice. It was magnificent.There were a few minor issues worth noting: we only found one dish rag and no kitchen towels for drying dishes, and...

"The scenery was amazing. The master bedroom could use a better remote, perhaps a mattress topper? Or the option for a mattress topper. Plenty of outside seating. The rear porch was a little crowded. Will definitely have to book again, and bring inner tubes and rope. The house was clean, the neighbourhood was quiet. Was discouraged not catching any fish. But that’s how the luck goes sometimes. Beautiful set up. And for the most part comfortable. "
