"The property looks great from the pictures; however, there are a few things that should definitely be fixed. There was a contractor staple protruding out of a stair that became a hazard, especially because we had two children staying with us (ages 3 and 7). The frame of the downstairs bathroom is also coming unhinged from the wall on the right side.
