"This place was exactly what we needed for a nice getaway. It is not actually that tiny. Plenty of room with the two bedrooms, living area and porch. The kitchen was big enough to cook in without issue (although i mostly used the grill). Location was fantastic for us. It is right on Lake Superior so you hear the waves and can see the caves across the inlet. Great for reading a book or learning guitar. "Private beach was excellent. We had such a good time playing in the water. Housing was comfortable. Kitchen was surprisingly well stocked with what we needed. Problem was finding the place. The address cannot be seen from the road because covered in vegetation. Also the communication with owner and with Vrbo was frustrating and for the most part nonexistent. We had such a great time that the problems now seem insignificant. "

"The cabin is extremely clean and well organized with anything you can think of. It's located really close to town, but just outside, so you have peace and quiet. The hosts are very responsive and it made for a perfect trip. "

"We have a long history of spending Labor Day weekend on the Island and have stayed at many of the notable VRBO’s here . This is an outstanding property and my personal favorite . My husband and I spent a total of 8 wonderful nights here with our 3 adult children , their spouses , and 4 of my 5 grandchildren ages 2-9 .We utilized all of the sleeping spaces with the exception of the reading nook. "The private beach and relaxing screened in porch were the highlights of this cabin. We loved the easy beach access and hearing the sound of the waves while we hung out on the porch. It looks like another cabin is being built close by so take advantage of the privacy of this location while you can. "
