"I told them 2 months in advance while booking that I would be celebrating my 50th birthday. The room had no decorations or any birthday sash on the door. The day before check out they placed a sash on the door.
The grounds near the room were unkept with food laying on the floor for hours. I didn’t enjoy the food options. I did not enjoy my stay. There’s so much more I can say but I’d rather not."
