This superb Villa is located in Caleta De Fuste is a 10 minute walk from the beach and shops. It is situated on the Campo De Golf golf course.

The Villa has been fitted out to the highest specification with only the finest materials and fittings to make your stay even more relaxing and enjoyable.

The views are amazing from the extensive patios and even more breath-taking from the exclusive private roof terrace, perfect for chilling out in the evenings.
We have the sun all day for those who worship the sun and also have sheltered patios and covered terraces if you wish to escape the mid-day heat.

Inside the villa is a large open plan area with high quality local sourced furniture.

The fully equipped kitchen that was installed 2022 is fitted with modern appliances: dishwasher, microwave oven, electric oven, hob, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and fridge and freezer. There is a full complement of cooking, dining and glassware to cater for all dining needs. 

The 3 bedrooms consist of
Master Bedroom with a king size bed and a new en-suite bathroom fitted 2023 with a double walk-in shower, WC and his and hers sinks.
A second double bedroom also with a king size bed.
A twin room with two single beds.
A further family bathroom fitted 2023 with a walk in shower.
Hairdryers, pool towels and beach towels are provided.

Outside we have a private swimming pool, with roman steps and a rail to aid getting in and out there is also shower facilities. 
Pool heat on request.

An extensive tiled area is available with an enclosed patio/sun room and alfresco dining for 6 people .There is an outside sofa, chairs and coffee table looking out to the pool.

Around the Pool we have an artificial grassed area with 6 Sun Loungers, chairs and a covered gazebo.  We have a full size covered pool table under the gazebo.

At the front of the property we have an outside kitchen with a gas BBQ , fridge and countertops. There is also a six seater dining area.
There is also another large artificial grassed area with two lockable gates to prevent children accessing the pool area. This is a great area for children to play outside without worrying.

Cot and high chair available on request.

The villa is cleaned prior to your arrival and all linen and towels, including beach towels are provided.

If during your stay, you require the linen and towels changing the is a charge of
£100 payable directly to the owner before your holiday. A security deposit of £250 is payable directly to the owner before your holiday. This will be returned within 7 days of you departure date subject to the property managers inspection.

The pool is cleaned once a week and they cleaner may need access during your stay.
