Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available in the living room and bedroom for added comfort. No private parking, but close to a public parking lot and the Palais des Congrès.

Keys must be collected from a secure lockbox at the Arrival is autonomous thanks to a key box located: LOGEAZUR IMMOBILIER - 32, Boulevard Albert 1er "Le Splendid" - 06600 ANTIBES, detailed instructions will be sent to you a few days before.

##Transit

Easy access by car to Nice Airport (approximately 30 minutes by car) via the A8 or the M6098. Antibes can be reached in 10 minutes and Cannes in 15 minutes along the coast.

For public transport, take the "WILSON STOP" and there are several bus lines nearby:
• Line 8: to Golfe-Juan, Vallauris, and Antibes (La Fontonne district)
• Line 100: to Valbonne
• Line A: to Antibes city center
• Line 200: to Nice and Cannes (regular service)
• Line 250: to Nice Airport (direct service)

On foot: beaches, shops, restaurants, and Juan-les-Pins train station for quick access to Nice, Antibes, and Cannes.
