We regret that you were among the few guests who did not appreciate our warm hospitality. But we would like to point out a few things. Firstly you booked a standard land view room and our colleagues upgraded you to a pool view room free of charge. They also helped you to organise free check-out from the room and you stayed in it until 14:00, although the standard check-out is at 12:00 and in the summer season when the hotel is fully booked the hotel very rarely provides this option. And we are very sorry that despite the best efforts of our colleagues you gave them the lowest score.
