"We needed a small and affordable spot for a graduation trip for my high school senior and me. The price for location was great for 110B. We were on the beach allll day so just needed the kitchen for snacks and bed for sleeping! It was small but worked fine for the 2 of us. The location was PERFECT. Close to beach and all the restaurants on and near Pine Ave. We walked to the bay and to all our meals. Property manager was helpful about minor toilet and parking issues. Absolutely 10/10. We did...
