"When I went to checkin I was able to see the room before paying. I was given a keycard and room number then proceeded. I entered the room and quickly realized someone was already staying in the room. Fortunately they were not there when I unknowingly went in. I went back to the front desk, informed him and then was told they didn’t have anymore rooms. I stated that I had made a reservation online and that I had a room. "This was wonderful property. The staff were kind and helpful. The restaurant was delicious. I had two small grandchildren with me and everyone treated them nice. We visited the gym and the pool both were clean. It was very close to downtown near the museums. We went to visit. I also enjoyed the concierge parking. I’ll be back there."
