Upon check in when we asked where the pool was we were told the heater was broken for it and it was closed. However, they also own the Hilton at that location so we could use that pool. Not ideal but we got changed into swimsuits with our 4 year old and walked across the parking lot to the pool at the Hilton. The pool was tiny and the water wasn’t exactly warm there either. The mushroom that is advertised and looks like a sprinkler in the pictures wasn’t on nor could we find anything to turn it on. The water was incredibly cloudy and the chlorine smell overwhelming. We made the best out of it for a little while and the came back to get in the shower and get to bed. Once back in our room we went to turn the water on and it sputtered. Despite adjusting the faucet we had no hot water. When I called the front desk they to report it the said they had to turn the water off today from 10-2pm and that we should just let the water run and it would eventually get warm. Not ideal but okay. 10 minutes later, we check again and it’s still cold. My husband call the front desk and they say we need to let it run for 30 minutes. 30 minutes! When my husband repeated how long the guy said there are a lot of rooms so yes it would be that long. Now mind you none of this was told to us when we checked in. It was just a disappointing overnight trip as we traveled through to our next stop. The water took over an hour to heat without an apology given or discussion of a refund
