"Close to the underground train. Very clean and lovely apartment. We were concerned about having to sleep on the sofa bed, but they made it very comfy. Full kitchen, all well furnished."

"Communication was lacking No information came the day before as they said so not easy to be at the door and no information how to get in Hot water was not working in the bathroom sink and water adjustments in the shower and Bidet were very tricky Wifi was hit and miss it worked for only the first day No service so toilet paper was short and towels should have been changed we stayed three days and garbage piled up"

Todo es de gran calidad, las camas cómodas, las instalaciones y sobretodo el gran servicio a caliente, muchas gracias Emanuel y equipo por ser tan honestos y atentos con el detalle de la pertenencia tan importante olvidada por una de mis amigas, de inmediato respondiendo y solucionando.Son excelentes!! "There are several problems with the property that made the stay unpleasant and/or inconvenient. The most important one is the fact that it was not obvious to us that it was critical to communicate with the manager/owner before hand to get instructions on getting to the place and then having access to it. No one inhabits the premises, so to understand how to open doors once there requires a conversation with the owner. It took us a while to figure out where the building was (no street address)...

"Overall property was very nice and as pictured. As others have mentioned, the rooftop is what sets it apart with the kitchen opening up to a large rooftop with an 8 person jacuzzi that works. The communication with some of the 'hosts' for checkin was a little slow but not terrible; it's Colombia so one can expect a slower response time. I'd stay again. "
