"The Vrbo location as well as the host were wonderful. We found a surprise latex present under the bed upon arrival (unused) which was concerning that wasn't disposed of. First impression was a very musty smell in the place as it is a basement unit. The folks upstairs stomp around a lot during the morning but they live there so it's understandable.
