"Place was excellent for a getaway. Check in was easy and in a great location. A short walk to the beach without having to cross any streets. Surrounding places were peaceful and everyone was respectful. Location was also close to great breakfast and dinner/lunch businesses."

"Close proximity to beach and Tile floor was the most attractive offering with our dog poodle. Walk to restaurants available for every meal. Well scratched pans and toxic black plastic utensils not suitable for cooking own meals. No worries, Marshalls sold pan and silicon spatula to accommodate our breakfast. Details lost sometime with Chat messaging canned responses."

"Absolutely Amazing Experience. The place was very neat and tidy. The king size bed was incredibly comfortable. The hot tub was exactly what we needed after a long day of sightseeing. And the location was just perfect. It would be difficult to find a better location than this one. So close to the beach. Literally, walk right around the corner and you will witness a truly magnificent view. An awe-inspiring non-crowded beach that you will have mostly to yourself. I would absolutely stay here...

"I cannot recommend Rachel's property highly enough!! She accommodated us at the last minute and went above and beyond to get us into this amazing rental unit. This place is walking distance to downtown and all the restaurants on Anastasia Island. The unit was VERY clean, had parking right out front, and had everything we needed in a very spacious/modern kitchen for cooking a couple of meals. "This place is immaculate! The decor is over the top! Bed is very comfortable! Air Conditioning was perfect! Has a fireplace also…. Great view of the river as it sits ON the Matanzas River. The host was great! It’s across the street and a few blocks from the Atlantic Ocean. We Loved our Rest and Relaxation and our little baby Labradoodle ‘Sandy’ loved her First Vacation!!! Only minutes away from downtown St. Augustine!!!"

"Checking and checkout was a breeze! Location is great! You are close to both Anastasia Island and downtown. The couch was listed as a pullout but it does not turn into a bed, but my youngest was able to sleep on it and said it was comfortable. Kitchette and fridge were great. Host was also fantastic and quick to respond to any questions! Everything you need for a quick get away!"

"Everything was as described. Only issue we had was there were only 4 bath towels/face cloths for 4 travelers. We messaged to see if we could possibly get 4 more. After 3 days of communication and promises this was not resolved."
