"Expensive for the standard. Crowded breakfast room and condition of guest room not the best with lack of bathroom ventilation and moist and dirty carpet. Nice staff and beachfront location are plusses. Area not that interesting, very touristy town in St Augustine."

Just some small problems, #1 3 day stay only came in to pt fresh water and coffee cups daily, we made bed and towels were hung up not replaced. #2 telephone in room did not work so could not call out (cell phone was used) #3 crack in bathtub and low volume of hot water later in afternoon"
