"The view is priceless! Everything else was a hassle or worse. We never received a code to access our place and and the host never responded to our inquiry or messages. We had to go to the front desk of the facility who could not help us. We ended up calling Vrbo who had to reach out to our host to get the code. We were left outside standing in the cold at night while we waited. Also, we requested an extended noon check out for an extra 50 but we had both house cleaning and pest control entering...

"The location was very central for St Augustine and only a short drive from the historic town, and walkable for the beach. The communication before our stay was excellent, upon arrival the property was still being clean but wasn't able to reach the property manager instantly both numbers provided went to voicemail. The cleaner contacted us just over a hour after our initial attempt to check in at 3pm, the stated time and we returned. The apartment/condo is very pleasant, it has some nice touches...

"Loved our stay! The location was great. It was about a 5 minute walk through the complex to the beach. The pool area was kept sparkling clean and had nice restrooms. The bed was comfortable and having a washer and dryer in the condo was very convenient. Kitchen had very nice appliances.Our host was very responsive and friendly. We had a minor issue with the ice maker and it was dealt with right away. We would highly recommend!"

"The condo development was fantastic and there are lots of amenities for families to enjoy (3 pools, hot tubs, tennis courts). There is a private boardwalk to an amazing beach that was clean and wasn't overcrowded like some of the Florida beaches. Our entire family was able spend lots of time on the sand and in the water over a holiday weekend and we were never right on top of other families who were also enjoying the beach. The condo itself was outdated and dirty. There were old french fries on...
