"This place was awesome, we really enjoyed our stay. We traveled with a toddler and a dog, and it was perfect for our family. The apartment is well decorated, has comfortable furniture and beds, and is well equipped with kitchen essentials. The unit is in a great location. Very close to the beach - and they provided a ton of beach gear (chairs, umbrella, beach toys, wagon). We loved basing able to use the pool and community amenities as well. All-in, this place was perfect for our beach getaway!...

"The stay was exactly what we where looking for. We went into St. Augustine for a day and were pleasantly surpised. Then did 2 relaxing days on the beach outside our door. The pool was was warm and refreshing also. I would stay there again."

"What a fabulous location! We watched the sunrise every morning from our balcony. Unit was very clean and had everything we needed! Amenities were a bit dated but very well maintained. Beach access was perfect and the location was never over crowded.We had a great stay and will def be back!Thank you!"

"The property is part of a condominium community right on the beach, close to shopping and restaurants, and a short drive to historic St. Augustine. It had everything our family of four needed for our short vacation. Our only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer!"

"The condo was extremely nice and clean. The host was easily accessible when needed. I enjoyed the fact that it was located outside of all the busy traffic on A1A but within a 10 minute drive to the downtown hustle. I recommend driving across the club grounds and parking as close to the beach access as possible though. "

"Todd was a great host. Very easy going and quick to respond. There were some little things here or there with the property but with being at the beach and the constant guests it was easily overlooked. Nothing worth fussing over."

"Property exactly as described/pictured. Our stay was great, the unit is just the right size for two adults. We couldn't get any closer to the beach, which was our primary reason for choosing this rental. The pool was clean and had plenty of tables with umbrellas and chairs, and lounge seating. The two A/C units did their very best and kept us cool, but they are terribly noisy and run almost constantly. Seems like the whole complex has the same problem?Will keep this place on my favorites...

"Seamless checkin and perfect location for a nice beach vacation! This condo had all the amenities necessary to have a great trip whether it was laundry detergent, kitchen equipment, or beach supplies. It was only a 5 minute walk to the beach and we enjoyed many restaurants in walking distance. "

"Absolutely loved the Edgewater Inn! With a superb location in walking distance from all the sights in St Augustine and a beautiful view of the river. Staff was nice and accomodating and the terrace perfect for morning coffee and a afternoon break. The place could do with an update, however very charming and would definately come back! "
