"We surprised our kids with their first trip to Disneyland/CA Adventure and this place was perfect! There were no signs of Disneyland from the way we entered the property and were able to walk to the park and slowly reveal where we were! "As advertised! 5min walk to tram or Downtown Disney which we found to be the better option. Younger kids loved the bunk beds. Adult beds were very comfortable. Property is a little dated but well kept and well stocked with essentials. Great value overall."

"Very comfortable accommodations with all essentials for family. Best part - walking distance to Disney. So we could go to park for rope drop, return to condo in afternoon, and return to park for night time rides and entertainment. Only complaint was the kids (10 and 12) could only use the pool with adult supervision and could NOT use hot tub at all."

"Worked out great for our group. Easy access to Disneyland. Clean and comfortable. The stairs are creaky and the bedroom doors squeak. Needs new carpet upstairs, but otherwise had everything we needed! Playground pool/hot tub at condo complex was good for kids."

"Location to walk to Downtown Disney, Disney resorts and parks was perfect. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. There was a problem with the pool while we were there, and the owner was very responsive and helped us figure out what was going on. Overall a great week and I would recommend staying here with you family for sure."

"Got to the property at approx 4 pm. Grandkids wanted to go straight to Disney. Got back late to realize the Trundle Bed mattress has springs poking up through the mattress. Completely uninhabitable. The pull out couch is not a traditional pull out bed. It’s a leather couch that lays flat. My best estimate is slightly larger than an extra long twin. The leather is not flat it’s square tucked so very deep bumps. Not acceptable for sleeping. We also discovered there was not enough bedding for the...

"The property is very safe, and extremely convenient to all the freeways. It is literally in the district of Disneyland and all of its entertainment venues, restaurants. Yet, it is a quiet community and is prefect long term stay condo with everything. Highly recommend it."

"Our family of five had a great time at this vacation rental. The double bunk beds were a hit, as were the table tennis table in the garage. We had all we needed to support us while we were at Disney. The house is around a 30 minute walk to the park gates for us with security. It is under a $20 uber ride to the ride drop by the DT Disney security check as well. The neighbour's property is a little interesting but they were quiet and we were not disturbed in anyway.
