Det finns flera sätt att pendla från/till centrum; Promenader är definitivt ett trevligt sätt att utforska staden och det närliggande området - men alternativen som är värda att överväga är också; spårvagnslinje 5, som avgår precis vid hörnet av hotellet och tar dig via Museumsquare, Rijksmuseum, till Leidseplein och genom Jordaan-området eller den så kallade supersnabba "North - South line", tunnelbanelinje 52 som tar dig in 10 minuter att nå Amsterdams centrum. We have been exploring new room layouts for future hotels, and making adjustments (where possible) to existing locations. Our rooms are a little weird and wonderful, and in creating citizenM we challenged the traditional hotel industry and re-designed the hotel room with the mobile citizen in mind.Instead of an abundance of space which is added to the room price, we focused on compact rooms with all the necessary luxuries today's traveler desires. Such as a huge comfy XXL bed, power rain shower, smart design and technology.
