They have nice family rooms with a dishwasher and microovnen. The breakfast is basic but good quality.

I stayed in room 206 from the 15th of May until the 19th. It is not fair that I paid the full price for my stay and did not have a working A/C. I never had a working A/C in my room (206) and they kept telling me every day that they had fixed it. They offered to move me to another room but that the A/C wasn’t guaranteed. I travel very often because I work for an airline. I liked the hotel but wouldn’t stay there ever again. They said they were going to let a manager know about my situation ( I was complaining every single day). Nobody followed up with me (basic customer service, I’m not asking for a lot) but attention to details or problem resolution is not in the picture for the administration. I just wanted A/C in my room because that is one of the reasons why I select my stays. The front desk staff was nice but I paid with money and points and I feel like I wasted my money and I could not sleep well. My stay in Amsterdam was not very enjoyable.

BED BUGS!!! I wish I could give this place a 10/10 because it was gorgeous and the staff are so kind but we had such a bad bed bug infestation. I left this property covered in bites. This cost me hundreds of dollars and days out of my backpacking trip trying to fix, and I am praying it is fine now… So sad!!

After reading your review, we hired an external company to investigate the room. This company conducted an investigation in your room and concluded that there were no bed bugs or other insects present. We also had this investigation conducted in other rooms and our common areas, but no traces of pests were found there either.I'm sorry to hear you didn't enjoyed your stay at our property.

We arrived early and were allowed to check in early as long as we signed up for their Hotel club. Otherwise they hold your luggage until your room is ready at 3pm. The breakfast is a bit pricey at $19 Euros per person per day. They have several restaurants near by that might be a better option. They also have a supermarket around the corner on the Main Street. Albert Hains is the name. For $9 Euros per day you can use the metro, subway or train. Which is a 5min walk from the hotel. I really liked that the hotel offered complimentary coffee and tea. They do have a small laundry on site but you have to pay $10 euros to use it. There is no housekeeping you can ask for clean towels at the reception desk. We were here three days and three times our keys didn’t work and we had to go to the reception area for new keys or reactivating which is aggravating after a long day. Overall a nice hotel and nice stay in Amsterdam. Many attractions near by.

Our room was excellent, and the staff friendly and obliging.The breakfast was somewhat lacking in normal cereals, baked items and fruit. Can't comment on cooked breakfast as we don't eat it.

Cute little hotel liked my room had a stove, fridge, diswasher and sink. Location was great just a few minutes away walking from metro, Heineken Experience and lots of restaurants. The only thing I would say is the phone in the room didn't work let the front desk know said someone would come no one came and the bed is kinda hard.

We had to book this hotel super last minute because of a an unexpected trip extension (and we weren’t able to extend our rental property because someone else was checking in. Finally someone has truly figured out that low budget hotel doesn’t have to mean janky and hideous! This place is stylish and cute, has intuitive and convenient amenities, is in an awesome location, and has very friendly and helpful staff. It’s not fancy and the rooms are small, but it’s super clean and has everything you need for a short stay in the center of Amsterdam.

Great location, walkable to many sights and the nearest metro station. Brand new hotel with lovely staff. Our room was small but adequate. Bed was comfortable and shower was really good! Only downside is you have to housekeeping is extra at a fee. Some minor design 'flaws' such as the cable from out kettle wasn't long enough to reach the closest socket below the desk, so we had to be innovative by moving things around. Otherwise,really good hotel!

Wat een super hotel is. Wij waren er 27 dagen nader het geopend is. Mooi ingericht en lekker rustig. Geen geluiden van de stad en om de hoek van metrostation Vijzelgracht. Wij gaan zeker nog een keer!

Had a wonderful stay, the room was very comfortable. The facility had been opened for a week and everything is brand new. Nice fitness center and causal meeting space downstairs. Breakfast was included, which I wasn't expecting. The staff were very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay there again for my next visit.

Citadines canal is newly refurbished with very nice and elaborated design. Perfect location in City center.very welcoming team able to guide us on main attraction nearby . Nice lounge for breakfast or for a drink after a walk in the city to relax. The studio gave us the possibility to prepare a meal thanks to the equipted kitchen in the room ! Great stay

This new hotel is amazing! They've really paid attention to every little detail in how it looks, even in the kitchen. Could have stayed for weeks. Plus, it's super close to all you need to see in Amsterdam. Less than 10 minutes to Rijksmuseum, Pasta Basta, Ice Bar, Heineken Experience, Melkwerk, etc. And the staff? They're so friendly and very helpful. You feel it is a good work environment.

A small treasure in a residential area close to Prinsengracht. Waking up to birds singing in city centre is really rare and nice. Nice local restaurants and bars in close proximity.
