"I have rented homes for 30 years and this home ranks in the top 3 we have ever stayed in. The owner was very responsive to questions. The house is SO spacious. We were in town for the wedding of my daughter and the family stayed here. There was plenty of room and very comfortable for everyone. It is easy to find and conveniently located. We had a wonderful stay. I highly recommend this home!"

The outdoor space directly associated with the house is minimal but there is a neighborhood gazebo across the street that was wonderful to sit and visit on a beautiful May afternoon. The hospitality was amazing and the kids had a blast at the property especially the indoor pool. "The house is in a nice neighborhood and great for walks with our dog. Some new cues are needed to be able to use the pool table. Kitchen could use more coffee mugs and pans if you plan to cook and eat at the house but nicely stocked with spices. Close to many restaurants if you want to go out. Beds were very comfortable."

The neighborhood, though not centrally located for university access, was close to downtown and south Duff businesses plus convenience stores and several restaurants. The neighborhood was extremely quiet. It suited my needs perfectly."
