There are three private bedrooms, including one with a king bed and two with queen beds, along with two full bathrooms stocked with essentials. Guests enjoy access to laundry facilities and free parking on the premises for a stress free stay.



Guest Access:

You will receive your access code and check in instructions shortly before arrival. You have private access to the entire house, including three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchen. You are also welcome to use the outdoor areas, laundry facilities, and free parking during your stay.

Traveling in Ames is easy when staying at The Ames Comfort House. We offer free on site parking for your convenience. The Des Moines International Airport is about forty five minutes away by car. For public transit, the CyRide bus system provides reliable access to the Iowa State University campus and local attractions throughout the city.

We want you to have a wonderful stay and kindly ask that you treat the home with care, just as you would your own.



- No extra guests are permitted unless they are disclosed in advance and the $100 extra guest fee has been paid.

- No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property (indoors or outdoors). Smoking violations will result in an additional charge.

- No parties, drinking events, or loud noise. This is a quiet neighborhood, and we ask that you respect our neighbors.

- Any complaints regarding noise, parties, or disturbances may result in fines and immediate removal from the property without refund.

- No pets allowed.

- No fires of any kind are allowed on the property.
