"We loved the charm and uniqueness of the hobbit house….So fun and magical! Loved hanging in the backyard at the pool and especially eating all our meals outside on the patio and covered patio at night. Highly recommend! Oh….playing pool with family was a blast!"

"Such a nice place to stay for 3-nights. My wife, myself and our 7lb dog stayed here and enjoyed it so much. The Ranch was so quiet and relaxing. It is small but has everything we needed. Colleen was fantastic! She was running a working ranch with beautiful horses and other livestock. She was available if needed and we had complete privacy if wanted. Everything needed was a 10 minute drive away. We will definitely be back when we stay up in the Newcastle/Auburn area. "

"This is one of the best places to be at they're very respectful, they check on you to make sure that if you need anything they can accommodate you. the place is very well clean it has accommodations that you probably wouldn't find at other places and they also have a very nice backyard where you can actually chill and relax. Rooms are very comfortable and overall it's one of the best places that I like to go to when I'm in Sacramento California"

"The house was clean, close to shops and the freeway. We were quite comfortable and the house had many amenities that made the stay with my family easy and a great fit. I would suggest some minor upgrades to the cookware and furniture, but overall I really enjoyed the stay and would love to come back again."

"The Pickleball Ranch was the setting for our family reunion. The salt water pool was enjoyed every day! The game room was a huge hit with the air hockey, basketball game, and more... The trampoline, porch swing and large field in the front of the house meant there was something for everyone. We enjoyed walks around the gravel trail and up into the neighborhood. Deer visited the property everyday and it is a beautiful setting. The inside of the house is roomy with lots of space for everyone...
