"The shuttle was a few minutes late and the driver looked like he just got out of bed. Not very professional at all."

"Some remodeling Room was clean, ceiling Sheetrock tape separated"

"Dejligt hotel i roligt område dog samtidig tæt på handlemuligheder og spisesteder. Fin udsigt til søen og hospitalet"

"Conditioner would not pump anything out and even trying to take it out of the holster was impossible. And the pool was freezing cold. I thought it was a heated pool. Other than that, everything else was excellent."

"Very convenient to Belleville/Shiloh Airport. With restaurant & bar available was able to park for the night without leaving property"

"I left my backpack in the lobby last Friday am, have emailed through Expedia a request to call me, or give me their number so that I can call direct, ask them to send it to me and pay them for their time and expenses. No one will contact, nor can I figure any way out to get their number. Important stuff to me is in it."

"Super hotel"

"I will never stay here again. The staff were rude and unhelpful. They tried to also charge me more money when I tried to check in. The room was so gross after my son showered he walked around the room for no more than 5 min and his feet were totally black from dirt off the carpet. The breakfast was also lacking in options and was really disappointing."

"The parking"

"Everything was good. More choices for breakfast items would be better."

"I only stayed 1 night but ill be back"
