"I had a rocky start with the staff who asked me to cancel my reservation as they couldn’t have my room ready on the day of check-in. To their credit, they willingly listened to my plea and gave me a human customer service. I was grateful for their service by the end of my stay as they went the extra mile to make up for the non-functional room. Restaurant was excellent, staff was wonderful. I highly recommend this place and hope they keep treating customers as human beings. Kudos to the staff...

"Ok hotel in the busy Khan Station Area. The rooms are nice; very spacious, equipped with both fan and AC. Fair size bathroom with a large shower cabin.
Small tv, but an abundance of channels. Ok wi-fi in the rooms. Breakfast was ok and had some changing dishes. Drop-off at airport included in price (don't know about pick-up). Very friendly staff!

På værelset larmede køleskabet meget, toiletsædet var løst og bruseforhænget hang halvt faldet ned, da jeg kom på værelse. Udsigten var til duer, der sked på en konstruktion bygget uden på hotellets facade. Faciliteter ellers OK, men hotellet virkede til at være træt."
