"The staff (Jake) was extremely helpful in resolving/ clarifying the failed reservation process on Expedia’s end. We ended up having to cancel our Expedia reservation and reserve a room directly through Aloft with Jake. We ended up paying more for the same room but we were in a time crunch
and didn’t trust Expedia to get everything sorted in a timely manner. Thank you Jake…you were awesome!
