"This is such a fantastic one bedroom property, perfect for me and my husband and our two dogs. The host provided several thoughtful touches, including snacks, drinks, a filtered water pitcher in the fridge, and nice toiletries in the shower. The sunset was incredible, and the peacefulness was pure calm. Surrounding properties had horses and other farm animals, as well as dogs who greeted us and played with our dogs. We will definitely stay here again when driving from Austin to Colorado. "

"This was the perfect home and location for our needs. We had plenty of room for a small birthday gathering on Saturday. The bedrooms were perfect with two teenagers getting their own rooms! Kitchen was well equipped, washer and dryer worked well, huge yard for the granddog and SUPER owners who answered any questions or concerns withith minutes! We will definitely seek this house out the next time we need one in Canyon!"

"Nice bed, rooms are a bit worn down and needs paint/redoing, doors to the rooms was really hard to open. We had 3 rooms, one room had a horrible Molde smell, TV was broken in one room and several rooms had holes in the windows. AC units needs a Big cleaning. Breakfast - not sure I would call i breakfast 2 girls preparing scrambled eggs, one piece of toast and some not to well done potato pieces and a piece of meat i dont even know what was. Do not go here for the breakfast. From a distance the inside looks super cool. Spa had no water, did not test the pool. It have us a place to sleep, but bothing more then that"
