Perched on a hill with views that’ll make your jaw drop, this upper-unit cabin is your retreat between Zion and Bryce Canyon. Reached via a 1.5-mile dirt road off US-89, it’s secluded but worth the climb—think deer prancing by and valley vistas that scream “Utah!” Most cars handle the road fine in good weather, but winter demands AWD or 4WD.
Inside, the cabin sleeps 6 with a private king bedroom, a cozy loft packing a queen bed and a full bed, and an open living area. Whip up meals in the fully equipped kitchen, gather at the dining table, or binge shows on the smart TV thanks to Starlink’s high-speed Wi-Fi (because even nature lovers need Netflix). The updated bathroom keeps things civilized—no outhouse vibes here.
The upper unit is all yours—bedroom, loft, kitchen, bathroom, and a porch for sunrise selfies with the valley. There is a unit below you that may have other guests, please be considerate. Drive up the road to the cabin, and park on the west side of the unit. No corner stores nearby, so hit the market before you head up!
You will be given a door code ahead of your stay for contactless check-in!
We manage the property remotely. However, we have resources nearby to help you if needed.
Other Things to Note:
Shared Property: While your space will be private, the lower unit may have guests. Everyone’s here for peace, not parties.
Pets: We love pets! Southern Utah is better with your furry sidekick, so we charge a $100 pet fee to cover cleaning and the occasional chewed-up pillow. Don’t forget to include your pets in the guest count when booking—they’re part of the family!
Location: 1.5 miles up a dirt road. Perfect for Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon adventurers, hikers, and stargazers.
Access: You will be provided a door code ahead of your stay for contactless check-in! Most cars manage in good weather; AWD/4WD required in winter (November-March). Upper-unit guests park on the west side of the cabin.
Connectivity: Starlink Wi-Fi and smart TVs keep you connected. Stream away, but don’t blame us if the views steal your attention.
Wildlife: You may see all sorts of wildlife during your trip. Please be respectful and do not feed them.
There are a total of 2 cameras on property that record both audio and video. 1 of these cameras is located near the rafters of the upper entrance and points to the porch, stairs, and road. The second camera is a doorbell camera located on the lower door.
While the living spaces are private, the unit below is not a part of this listing. You will have your own private fire pit and hot tub, but may see other guests on the property

We stock firewood at our cabins. To make sure that we can continue to stock firewood we charge a small fee for its use. $15 per night of use to get access to the wood pile. Let us know if you have any questions.
We charge $20 for early check in and check out. Dependent on availability.
2025 Update: We are very excited for the wood fire hot tub to be available! Freezing temperatures, especially at night, can cause damage to the equipment. Based on the weather estimates this year, we expect for the Hot tub to be unavailable starting in mid-September. Let us know if you have any questions. High fire risk and temporary restrictions may also disallow the used of the off grid hot tub during drought or fire season.
