Stay in our upper-unit rustic-chic log cabin, a perfect basecamp for exploring the Grand Circle. Located near Bryce Canyon, Zion, and Duck Creek OHV trails, it offers the ideal mix of seclusion and convenience. Enjoy a king bed, full kitchen, Starlink Internet, and peaceful forest surroundings—perfect for unwinding after your adventures.
THE SPACE
Welcome to the upper unit, where warm wood beams and cabin charm meet modern comfort. Cook your own meals in the full kitchen, relax on the leather pull-out couch, and enjoy a full bathroom. A ladder-access loft offers a queen and full bed for extra guests. The plush king bed provides the perfect night’s rest.
Pets are welcome! To maintain our high quality standard of cleanliness we charge a $75 pet fee. Please keep pets off of the furniture.
GAME ROOM (SHARED)
Located in the garage and shared with other guests. Enjoy darts, foosball, giant Jenga, cornhole, board games, and a guitar. Please follow noise guidelines and be respectful of shared use.
OUTDOOR SPACES
Hot Tub: Private 9-person hot tub with therapeutic jets, located along the northeast trail.
Outdoor Dining: Grill and dine just outside the unit.
Firepit: Behind the cabin with Adirondack chairs for stargazing nights.
Firewood is available for $15 per night of use.
There may be guests below or near the game room—please be respectful.
LISTING ACCESS
You’ll have private access to Upper Unit #2 and its associated outdoor amenities, all fully private. Three parking spots are provided on the north side of the driveway. Explore the 11.25-acre property freely using the map.
Early check-in or late check-out is $20 each, based on availability.
We manage remotely but have local resources available if needed.
LISTING TRANSIT
Parking: 3 spots on the north side of the driveway.
Access: About 1.5 miles off US-89. AWD/4WD strongly recommended from mid-October to early March. Snow removal is arranged when possible but not guaranteed. Spring mud may require high-clearance vehicles. Towing or recovery is at guest expense and refunds will not be issued for improper vehicle access.

Shared Property: The lower unit may be occupied. Please respect quiet hours.
Connectivity: Starlink Wi-Fi and smart TVs included.
Wildlife: Enjoy from a distance—do not feed animals.
Loft: Accessed by ladder with a queen and full bed.
Fire Restrictions: Subject to state and county advisories.
Surveillance: Cameras on exterior and in the game room/laundry area.
This is a true forest cabin—occasional critters may appear despite regular pest control.
1. Between the hours of 9:00 pm to 8:00 am, please keep loud noises to a minimum and be courteous of other guests and neighbors.
2. If you decided to use the game room please be respectful of other guests. The game room is closed 9:00 pm to 8:00 am. If you decide to play games please pick up after yourself.
3. No illegal activity or hazardous materials, such as fireworks or other combustibles are permitted on property.
4. There are no sink disposals. Please put all food into the trash before putting dishes in the sink.
5. Please clean the BBQ Grills after each use.
6. Drive cautiously with your 4 wheelers, Side by sides, ATV’s or UTV’s. Speed limit on Oak ridge road, Lutherwood road, and in the vicinity of cabins is 15 MPH.
7. No smoking inside or within 20 feet of the cabins.
8. No shoes in carpeted areas.
9. No hunting or shooting on property.
10. Do not leave doors open as little critters may enter. Lock doors and windows before you head out to explore.
11. Adhere to all fire restrictions in the area. Fires are ONLY allowed in designated fire pits.
12. Extinguish fires at night and before leaving the property. Use water from the house and stir with a shovel to fully extinguish.
13. Do not chop down trees in the area. Firewood can be purchased at the MOBIL gas station on UT-89.
14. The Internet is provided by Starlink and can fluctuate in speed. Be patient of the internet and keep in mind that the internet is not guaranteed.
15. Pets are welcome. We ask that all pets remain on leashes when outside and are never left unattended. Please always clean up after your pets and keep them off the furniture.
17. Between October and March please leave the thermostat at 61 degrees or higher so that our pipes do not freeze.
