For an extended stay, we did find it a bit limiting that the kitchen pantry and bedroom walk-in closet were locked and not available for guest use. This likely wouldn’t matter for a shorter visit, but for a long-term stay that extra space would have been much appreciated and would have made it easier to organize and fully...

Reason I was working early and would go to bed before 8pm It was hard to sleep with noise from upstairs neighbors. Also was not sent the app for the HVAC system until 3 days into my stay"
