Located in Charneca de Caparica, this holiday apartment has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The accommodation occupies the upper floor of a villa and is fully private and exclusive to guests. You will have your own entrance via stairs, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and a private terrace.



The outdoor pool and garden area are shared only with the accommodation on the lower floor. There are no shared indoor spaces between the two units.

- Access to the apartment is via stairs.

- Double beds are 1.40 m wide.

- The kitchen has an electric hob (no gas connection).

- The nearest supermarket is a 5–10 minute drive away.

- The beach is a 5–10 minute drive (not walkable due to terrain).
