About Almada

Located on the south bank of the Tagus River, Almada is famous for the iconic beaches of Costa da Caparica and offers the best viewing points over the city of Lisbon. From viewing points such as the castle, the panoramic lift Boca do Vento and, especially, the iconic Christ the King statue, erected in 1959, you can enjoy stunning views of the Portuguese capital. The crossing to Lisbon, reaching the most attractive points of the capital, is another major attraction.

For stays longer than 28 days, the law does not require any intermediate cleaning, but monthly cleaning will be mandatory using our service providers and will have the same cost as the final cleaning announced.



For stays of 28 days or more, water, electricity and gas expenses are not included and will be charged to guests.



If pets are authorised, guests will be not only responsible for complying with existing condominium rules, but also for the good state of conservation of the property, for damage caused by pets during the entire stay (for example damage/breakage to furniture, carpets, clothing; urine or faeces odours, scratches/damage to wood and paintwork, etc).
