"Location was great for my purposes. Very good amenities, everything you need to cook at home. Very comfortable setting. Parking is a little tricky if you park in the garage, but there's room in front of the unit that doesn't impede the main house."

The house is very comfortable with everything I could possibly want available. It’s easy to tuck in for a cozy fall stay. "The house was lovely and provided easy access to rocky beach. Check-in was a breeze and host was quick to answer any questions. A/C was nice to have as the temps were above 90. Only issue was bed upstairs was missing privacy curtains and there were no blinds or curtains on windows, so it was fairly bright in the early morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

It was very affordable and I was working all day at my daughter's house so it was real nice to come back to a comfortable bed and a nice clean bathroom. I think the listing should’ve stated it was a duplex not a house, the 3 bedrooms were upstairs which can be difficult for seniors or handicapped, and no A/C during the mini heatwave was a little uncomfortable. The beds were comfortable and overall cleanliness was good. My family and I enjoyed our stay. Host was great with communication."

This place was perfect.From the moment you walk in you can tell this place is designed with relaxation in mind.The bottom floor is truly geared towards kids, us adult kids too , with the shuffleboard, arcade games and tv. "The house is amazing, access to the water and dock are great. The kitchen is really nice, but it’s not as well-stocked as the kitchens in other houses we’ve rented. I love to cook, so I may expect more than the average renter. There are no Tupperware or bowls with lids for leftovers, no bags to store anything either (I’m used to at least sandwich-sized ziplocs).
