"We had the best time here! Patricia was so helpful and responsive to any questions we had. Sunset views from here are stunning. Watching the seals in the harbor was a bonus. The place was clean and comfortable. It’s close enough to get day trips into several national parks. We couldn’t have been happier with this place. We hope to come again soon! "Dont stay here! The place is nice inside, but if you want to sleep, dont stay here. Train tracks are a block away and blare their horns all night long. There were 3 trains alone from 1-1:30am. I asked to cancel my second night stay and get a refund due to the fact that this noise issue is not disclosed in the posting. The management company, Evolve, has been extremely dismissive and will only give me a refund worth 1/4 of the daily total, even though I gave notice, asked for a refund, and...

"What a wonderful and relaxing stay. The view was everything we hoped for and the entire place was comfortable and easy. We enjoyed kayaking around Oyster Bay, being greeted by the sunbathing seals, and exploring the historical naval ammunition depot. Being so close to the water was amazing as we watched the jellyfish and seals swim by right below us. A one-of-kind place to make beautiful memories."
