"I went with a group of 16 and we had an amazing stay! It is located on a quiet street about 5 minutes from town. We had a handful of out of town folks who were driving in the dark and they found the house with ease. The place was very clean with plenty of room for our entire group. The host, Amy was quick to respond and made sure we were in complete comfort during our stay! I highly recommend and would easily stay here again!"

"Warm, functional home with 3 bedrooms and plenty of outdoor entertainment space. Wood and everything else you would need to have a small fire and outdoor activities to escape from the busy life we see in MA. Very clean with a full kitchen as well! Our favorite was the welcoming decor for all walks of life. We had a varying age group but we all thought it was a perfect place. The only thing is the water does smell like sulfur (eggs). We have seen it before but if someone hasn’t it could be off...

"We had a great time on our trip. The hosts were very flexible and understanding. They have thought of everything you could possibly need on your trip that you may not have thought to bring. The property was clean, the landscape of the property and surrounding area was beautiful. We loved to watch the sunrise in the mornings from the back door. "The property is excellent and well maintained. The house actually 2 apartments, though we we did not see anyone staying in the other apt. The house feels like its in the middle of farm country but it is close to SUNY Geneseo and all the shopping and restaurants. Our only issue was the Vrbo app would not let us reply to the property owner when we received our check-in info. Thankfully there were no issues and we had a great stay. Would definitely recommend if you are visiting the area."

"We had a joint bacherlor/bacherlorette party at the lodge with our entire bridal party. It is a beautiful place with so much room! The common areas like the kitchen, game room, and living room were great for us all to spend time together and it was also so nice for all of us to have our own really nice rooms to go back to when we wanted to relax. It is super clean and the owners were quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely come back here again! Thanks for a great stay!"

"The stay was wonderful! An extremely beautiful view, clean and serene space, and everything was provided for. Dave and his family were wonderful, and helped provide everything we could need. Even getting us out of the mud on the first night. Close to some of the best wineries and eats in the area, and a short drive to some very visually stunning parks beyond the lake itself.
