"I have been going to Eleuthera for over 20 years. Every home is different and being on a remote island has its challenges for property owners. This home sits on a great beach with plenty of privacy. It was very clean and the check in process was super easy. Some items are worn, but everything works. The bed in the blue bedroom sways and is super soft (the only negative). "Blue Daze is a very nice house a short block away from the south end of the pink sand beach which is stunning. Appliances are all new stainless steel and large. Large new refrigerator /freezer, washing machine and dryer, microwave and gas stove. Our housekeeper, Kava, was superb, cleaning 3 days per week and resolving any questions or problems. A refreshing pool is two steps from the back balcony door and diving and snorkeling are a mere 10 yards further in your private back yard with stairwell down to the water. "Well located on the center of the island, 8 min walk to a quiet beach. Super clean apartment, friendly owner. We appreciated the beach chairs we could take along with us. The only disappointment is that we thought from the listing the large balcony facing the ocean would be private and adjacent to our unit, but it is the owner's balcony which we could access. No direct ocean view from our apartment."

We flew into Governor's Harbor which was just minutes from the house, picked up our rental vehicle, and the property manager kindly allowed us to drop off our luggage on the porch since we couldn't check in early.
