"This home is in a great location - only 10 mins drive to the local shops and the old town of Alghero and lovely beaches. You will need a car to best enjoy the area. The hosts were and are amazing, we had an issue with a flat tyre with our car on arrival and they helped coordinate a local mobile mechanic to come and fix the issue for us within hours. "What a wonderful house with a very large (and VERY clean), beautiful private pool and a fantastic panorama mountain view. Also very relaxing to look at the donkey and goats which have their secluded area at the very back of the huge garden :-). A great and warm welcome from the housekeeper and the maintenance guy leaving all kinds of welcome gifts for us such as a large bowl of local cookies and sweets and a lot of different drinks including water, soda, coffee and 3 bottles of spumante!!!...

"We had such a wonderful time at this stunning villa, the pool is so lovely to cool off in the hot sunshine with the most beautiful views and peaceful surroundings. The owners Simone and Serena were so helpful, booking tables at restaurants, making suggestions of where to go and even helping us load/ unload the car! Couldn’t have asked for nicer hosts. We all had our own room and bathroom and the Villa is perfectly situated for Alghero town, beaches and sunset drinks. Can’t wait to come back."

"We had a great time in Villa Alghero. The view from the house is amazing and the location is good – close to the city and a nice nearby beach. The terrace is fantastic with many good spots and the pool is large and very close to the house. The house is nice, but a little old and not very functional.
