"Clean, comfortable, spacious, well-appointed, amazing location, and great communication from the host. It is a lively neighborhood with some street noise, but no louder than I'd expect for downtown in a college town. Definitely didn't disrupt our sleep (only mentioning because another review called out street noise). We liked watching the neighbor's cat sunning on a windowsill We were only there for one night, but hope to return for more time in the future. Thank you!"

"We enjoyed an extended stay at Cowboy Cabin. It was great being out in a rural area, and we especially enjoyed watching hawks, swans, and other birds in the marsh across the street. The on-site staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful. Just know that this is an older building with dents and bruises, and the heating system could use a little attention. I'll bet kids would enjoy the cowboy decor and plenty of room to play in the large living room."
