"Our 5 night stay at Villa Vista Mar with my 2 teenagers and Mum was perfect. The view is stunning day and night . The pool and fully air conditioned villa provided welcome respite from the August heat when needed and the patio furniture enabled family card games and al fresco dining in the early evening. We will definitely stay again."

"The house is exactly as the pictures show. There are no direct neighbours so being a little bit noisy at night was not a problem at all. Enjoy the sun and the great views from the veranda. The house was clean. I would have liked a few further items in the kitchen but I informed the agency and they told me they will buy these. Generally good communication. We may come back!"

"We stayed in this house with our 4 adult children, just prior to the beginning of Spanish summer high season. We loved everything about the property; the views, the pool, the kitchen, did I mention the views?The one thing I would point out, especially for those with younger children, the climb down to the beach is not for the faint of heart. 267 steps, no railings, some of the stones are breaking away. "This was our first time renting a house for our holiday, and it’s not the last time. We were 9 people traveling together- 5 adults and 4 kids (3,7,13,16). We rented a car, which gave us a lot of freedom to see more than just the area, and it was nice when we went shopping. The beautiful house is on the top of the hill, with a fantastic view, and all you can need for a holiday. Even with a baby trolley it was fine to walk down to the Main Street with small shops and really nice restaurants....

The location is within a beautiful, secure estate very close to the Valderama and Soto Grande Golf courses, as well as Sotogrande itself.
