"Set in a nice community in the mountains near a golf course. Well-appointed throughout the property. I especially appreciated the fully-equipped kitchen, BBQ and utensils, bath, and washer and dryer (though washer was quite noisy). There is a nice deck amongst the pines where you can BBQ, a dining table shaded by upper rental's deck, and an area clear to the sun with chairs to kick your feet up. Large couch and TV; very comfy King-sized bed; hardwood floors; dining room; etc... I would...

"This is a very solid property which we enjoyed quite a bit. The view is nice, the space was clean and quiet, and the hot tub worked. The layout was a bit hard to discern until we arrived, the two queen beds are in one structure with the bathroom, it would be close quarters for two adult couples but was great for us as just one couple, would be great for two separate individuals or a couple with kids. A couple reviews mentioned a smell in the living room, there was a bit of a stale odor but it...

"What a wonderful house. The floor plan is a little wild when you first see it, but it works perfectly. It was close to the river, the redwood park, and the beach. Just perfect! I would come again and stay in the beautiful house!"

"Exceptional property! Perfect walking distance to everything in town. Very clean and has comfy beds. The host Jill was incredible as well, very easy to reach, provided clear and easy to understand instructions and even took the time to share some recommendations for her favorite spots in town which we loved. "The information about the property was inaccurate. The owner was not available when we got there and didn’t get back to us about the lack of beds until the middle of the night. Then he claimed he wasn’t paid in a rude manner. He was paid through the app. He then was threatening about accessing part of the property with the same address although his family also tried contacting owner with no luck. "
