"Junior suite was a dark room in the back of the hotel with limited view of the mountains. Was changed next day. Restaurant placed us in an adjacent room despite we asked to sit in the main - again with out the Mountain View. Rude service claims they don’t have time because they need to prepare for lunch."

"What a treat to have all the amenities available in one location! We looked forward to every morning and returning in the evening to enjoy the spa services. Beautiful hotel! Only downside was the lighting in the room was very dark in the evenings. Would highly recommend this hotel and if we ever return, we would stay here again! "

"Really nice hotel with very good service. Fantastic view from the balcony. Very good breakfast and cozy bar to sit in front of the fireplace. Perfect location to lift to First - just across the street. Free bus ticket to the area and 10 min with the bus to Terminal to mountain/lift for Männlichen and Eiger. Like to stay at the hotel again. "

The combination of breathtaking natural surroundings, impeccable service, and luxurious amenities created a memorable experience that exceeded all my expectations. "Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit stilvollem Ambiente und erstklassigem Service. Der Spa-Bereich ist ein echtes Highlight. Besonders die Saunen und Ruhezonen laden zum Entspannen ein. Der Pool ist schön, aber etwas kühl. Das sollte man wissen, wenn man eher wärmeres Wasser bevorzugt. Frühstück, Zimmer und Lage: top! Wir kommen gerne wieder."
