In addition, it has a private garden and a 6x4 metre swimming pool, ideal for cooling off on sunny days.Comfort and functionality insideThe villa has 4 rooms in total (the fourth bedroom is accessed through the exterior of the main house, going down some stairs) and 2 full bathrooms (one with a bathtub located in the main house and another with a shower located in the annex where the fourth bedroom is). The independent, modern and fully equipped kitchen includes oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and all necessary utensils. Air conditioning in the living room and some bedrooms, along with heat pump heating, ensure a pleasant climate in any season of the year.Ideal location to explore the areaLocated in a quiet residential area, the house is just 1 km from the sandy beach of Alcanada and 300 metres from the picturesque rocky cove of Cala Poncet. In the surroundings you will find a golf course, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and a bus stop, which will allow you to move around easily without the need for a car.IMPORTANT:- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through instant messaging, outside the platform.- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax.
