Villa Ca na Xaneta for 10 people

This spacious independent country house is conveniently located halfway between the old town of Alcudia and the Port of Alcudia with its sandy beach, marina, shops and restaurants. The quiet rural setting is ideal for a relaxing holiday with good privacy. On the ground floor there is a large living room, dining room, independent kitchen, two double bedrooms, one with a shower bathroom, a room with two beds, a separate bathroom and another bathroom. On the first floor there are two rooms with two beds, one with a private shower bathroom. The exterior offers wide terraces next to the pool and next to the dining area there is an integrated barbecue. Lawn and mature gardens surround the pool area with sun loungers and a parasol for sunbathing. The villa has an orchard with orange and lemon trees, so they can pick fresh fruit! There is an outdoor shower, toilet and off-road parking available.



The tourist tax is included in the rates. Air conditioning is available from 19:00 to 07:00.

Information to be taken into account:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.



On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.



The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
