"The resot is big and located on a wonderful beach. Unfortunately, I wouldnt call it a 5star family luxury resort. No entertainment for kids except ourdoor playground and paid 30-40euro babysitting. Food is average and overpriced and staff seem like they hate their job. Pool area is tired and dirty (papers, cigarets, empty glasses and dirty sunbeds)- no one takes responsability for that mess. No menu brougt to the bed- u need to go to bar yourself and order 20euro coctail. Big and wasted potential in my opinion."

"Fantastisk ophold! Hotellet er af lidt ældre dato, men virkelig kvalitet - men vores hotelværelse var helt nyrenoveret og wauw hvor var det lækkert og flot lavet! Vi havde havudsigt og det har så skønt. Stranden er flot, og alt er dejligt nemt til. Maden har virkelig lækker, noget af det bedste vi har fået på hoteller her i Portugal. Vi vil meget gerne komme igen en anden gang. "

"It was okay, taking into consideration what we paid. Close to everything (but very uphill). Room was a good size. Free breakfast, nice to have, but don’t expect much. Pool area wasn’t the best and pool wasn’t super clean. Not handicap friendly. Very very noisy - you can hear everything and everyone - both outside and inside the hotel. Staff was very nice and helpful. "

"We had a nice stay for a week. Clean rooms, nice buffet, good coffee. A special thank you, for the waiter, Jose, who gave us good service - say hi to him from the greenlandic family 🇬🇱 Unfortunately the were som employers at the spa area, who didn’t new that the inside pool was free of charge because of the reconstruction. We therefore payed 2 times for the inside pool area, which should be free for use when it is an all inclusive resort. Why isn’t that meantioned when we are doing a reservation? "
