Comfortable apartment just steps from the beach, only a 5-minute walk from Patacona Beach in Alboraya, Valencia. Enjoy sea views from the terrace, which is furnished with a table and chairs for dining, located on the sixth floor. The residential complex offers communal areas, swings for young children, two free paddle tennis courts (reservation required), and a large shared swimming pool with set opening hours.



The apartment has two separate bedrooms: the first with a 150x190 cm double bed, built-in wardrobe, and a TV on the dresser; the second bedroom has two single beds (90x190 cm each). Bed linen and towels are provided (mid-stay linen/towel change or cleaning available for longer stays). There is a full bathroom with a bathtub and shower, toilet, bidet, and sink. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, ceramic hob, and fridge. The spacious living-dining room includes a table for up to six people.
