"Great place to stay for conventions; convenient and clean. I got a breakfast burrito and an americano every morning of my stay from the cafe and was not disappointed. Garage parking is expensive but convenient. I did not like the resort fee that they add on-property, but overall an excellent stay—I will be back."

"Great place stay for the whole family. Restaurants, bars, and really interesting art all around the facility."

"The bed sits up very high. It felt like Princess and the Pea. Room is appointed nicely and offers (pricey) higher-end snacks and drink selections. I was at a work conference hosted at the hotel across the street and this location was perfect. It gave me an opportunity to break away from all the conference action and offered a bit more privacy. The staff was friendly and helpful."

"The hotel itself was amazing, we enjoyed the vibe it had. What was terrible was how the bartender from last night treated me and my girlfriend. Janice was super nice the other girl after Janice left was extremely disrespectful. I understand we live in a tip society now but we don’t have to tip, it is not required in anyway. We asked for a shot, we hit no tip, then she throws the pay thing down hard, then we get a couple more shots still no tip, then the final shot we get, I pay and hit no tip,...

"Quite, peaceful and just all around great access to city, not hard to find. Place was clean and bed was comfortable and cozy! Will definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a quiet, clean and comfy bed. Staff were polite and friendly! 5 out 5 for me"

"walking distance to moda center which was great for events"

"We had a nice stay. There were few homeless around, but not bad compared to the city center. A good place if you have a car with need for free parking. There is a good breakfast Cafe near (Nite Hawk). "

"Easy to find a parking spot"

"it wasnt a bad place but it was not handicap accessible and i could not believe there was no coffee on the permisses"

"Every surface had a strain on it, of some kind. The room above me was leaking water and I could hear it dripping on the dry wall of my ceiling. The shower head was comically low and I'm 5'2"."

"I’m going to assume it was glaringly obvious and I just overlooked it in my haste to book this trip last-minute, but I was unaware this was not a hotel until I showed up at midnight and had to go through the additional check-in steps. Luckily I had all the resources available to complete the check-in, but had I been without cell reception/charge, I would’ve had nowhere to sleep. I did think I had selected “hotels” as part of my search, but again, am giving the benefit of the doubt. Maybe...

"The property was absolutely gorgeous. We would give 5 stars all the way around, except there really was no staff or amenities. There were several times we would have like to speak with staff regarding locations, food or if there had been some extras offered we might have stayed on property. All in all the home is absolutely gorgeous!"

"Bed is up in loft and there’s not much space to sit up or move around. Great location and there was convenient street parking right out front."

"If you can find somewhere else to stay while you’re in Portland, do it. We arrived to an unbearably hot room, all the blinds up, air conditioner broken. Communication with property management was a nightmare and completely unhelpful. Maintenance wasn’t able to come till the next day; they claimed they came into our room and saw that the air conditioner worked properly, but there was no evidence they entered our room at all. The AC remained broken, so we were without it the entirety of our trip...
