"The hotel itself was amazing, we enjoyed the vibe it had. What was terrible was how the bartender from last night treated me and my girlfriend. Janice was super nice the other girl after Janice left was extremely disrespectful. I understand we live in a tip society now but we don’t have to tip, it is not required in anyway. We asked for a shot, we hit no tip, then she throws the pay thing down hard, then we get a couple more shots still no tip, then the final shot we get, I pay and hit no tip,...

"We had a nice stay. There were few homeless around, but not bad compared to the city center. A good place if you have a car with need for free parking. There is a good breakfast Cafe near (Nite Hawk). "

"Easy to find a parking spot"

"it wasnt a bad place but it was not handicap accessible and i could not believe there was no coffee on the permisses"

"I’m going to assume it was glaringly obvious and I just overlooked it in my haste to book this trip last-minute, but I was unaware this was not a hotel until I showed up at midnight and had to go through the additional check-in steps. Luckily I had all the resources available to complete the check-in, but had I been without cell reception/charge, I would’ve had nowhere to sleep. "Bed is up in loft and there’s not much space to sit up or move around. Great location and there was convenient street parking right out front."

"If you can find somewhere else to stay while you’re in Portland, do it. We arrived to an unbearably hot room, all the blinds up, air conditioner broken. Communication with property management was a nightmare and completely unhelpful. Maintenance wasn’t able to come till the next day; they claimed they came into our room and saw that the air conditioner worked properly, but there was no evidence they entered our room at all. The AC remained broken, so we were without it the entirety of our trip...

"Cute , clean and safe little area."

"Great hotel in wonderful Portland - good location."

"Great place stay for the whole family. Restaurants, bars, and really interesting art all around the facility."
