"Bersih"

"Jeg havde booket det der hotel, til vores sidste aften i Malaysia. Det var noget af en skuffelse. Personalet var ikke serviceminded og jeg fik at vide at vi ikke havde bestilt morgenmad, på trods af at det indgik i vores bestilling af værelset. Følte mig slet ikke velkommen, hvilket stod i kontrast til resten vi oplevede i Malaysia. "

"Der var roligt, rent og hyggeligt. Personalet var fantastisk."

"Unfortunately the room was not very clean and the condition was poor. Cracks in walls, tiles missing in the bathroom, loose tap, damaged flooring. The location is fine as I just needed something close to Presint 18. Staff were friendly but incorrectly told me I needed to pay tourism tax and I was required to evidence that it was already covered by Expedia. I understand that power requires the key card but it's the first time this extended to plug sockets which meant my phone didn't charge while...

"The view very nice"

"No lift, only staircase.Inconvinien for old folk or with heavy luggage if you stay lvl 3. 1st glance of room looks ok. But later found small cockroach in the room. Also a small insect on bed sheet. And also, there is small ants on the wall and table. Room is spacious with window for superior type. The toilet layout is strange that need 3 steps on it.Poor sound proof. Wont be return if have a choice."
