"This is the best hotel in Riyadh! I have travelled all over the world and have never received such outstanding hospitality and service. The spa was incredible and I recommend the Hammam. I was truly sad to leave as I felt like a total princess the entire stay. The GM and all of his staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and make you feel totally at home. I can’t wait to go back! "

"The staff were tremendously helpful. A quick, simple and courteous check in, the concierge team are super helpful, smiley and engaging. We were offered a choice of room on arrival, and being a family of four we opted for the twin room (the beds weren’t big enough for four) but it was enough for two nights.
