Fantastisk sted til dig der søger noget specielt.
Meget venligt personale, hjælpsomme og imødekommende. Placeret 400 meter inde i junglen og alt er indpasset og afstemt efter omgivelserne. Her stille og roligt, kun junglens lyde. Hyggelige små telthytter med åbent toilet/bad. 23 grader varmt vand i bruseren, men der leveres varmt vand i termobeholder hver morgen, og man kan frit bestille mere varmt vand dagen igennem. Vi manglede noget opbevaringsplads til tøjet. Stedet har sin egen cenot, hvor der kan bades og tages fiskespa. Der er ca. 2,5 km til stranden. En hyggelig tur på cykel, som frit udlånes fra stedet. Det kan anbefales at spise i den lokale landsby, som man kører igennem på vejen til stranden. Der er masser af lokale spisesteder, og det er billigt. Husk pandelamper, der er meget mørkt igennem junglen om aftenen. Stedet har sin egen lille åbne restaurant, hvor der serveret et enkelt morgenmåltid med bla. frisk presset juice og frugt. Øvrige måltider kan tilkøbes.

El hotel es cómodo y tiene buenas instalaciones, sin embargo están construyendo el tren maya justo atrás de la propiedad. Deberían comentarlo antes de hacer la reserva. No es posible dormir ya que los trabajos empiezan en la noche.

It has an amazing romantic setting. Unique, quiet, and simply gorgeous in the middle od nature. With two cenotes in the property with 24hr access. We felt like we had the property to ourselves. I will definitely be going back again. I will be booking my daughter's honeymoon there for sure. It is a MUST see!!!

It would be absolutely perfect if not for one small thing that makes all the difference in the world: lighting. The rooms have a really cool tropical rustic vibe ……. until you turn on the lights and the warm colors of palm fronds are bathed in an icy blue fluorescent light, and then you are transported to a government bureaucracy office or a Wal Mart. Other than that, we loved the place!! We really admire their mission to rehabilitate animals, and we thoroughly enjoyed the tour of the rehabilitation facilities. The on-site cenote is lovely. I understand that the LED lightbulbs are better for the environment, but they completely kill the vibe. If they would only switch to a soft white lightbulb with a warm, it would be the perfect spot. My only other complaint is that they promise, free, bike rental, but the bikes are in such poor condition, that they are practically unusable. Several times, the chain just fell off bike.

UNRESPONSIVE HOTEL
ABSOLUTELY WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. HOW IS IT THAT I SHOW UP TO THE PROPERTY THEY DONT EVER ANSWER THE DOOR OR THE PHONE AND NOW BEING CHARGED FOR A STAY THAT NEVER TOOK PLACE. THERE WERE PUDDLES OF FLOODED WATER EVERYWHERE AND NO MOTORCYCLE TAXI WANTED TO TAKE US THERE. ITS NOT CENTRALLY LOCATE. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!

Dear Acosta,We are truly amazed and confused about your review. From the information we've gathered you stayed with us from the 30th of December to the 1st of January, where you payed for your stay directly through expedia not with us. Unfortunately, during those days we did have a few days of rain that may have caused puddles on the way to the Glamping where the mototaxis might not have wanted to do the service but that is out of our reach because that is an external service not linked to us. We are an establishment that is proud of being a little bit excluded from the town center as that gives the glamping the calmness that we want the guest to experience in their stay, yet we are also 5 minutes away from town. During your stay at Akumal Natura you never exposed any of these issues which could have helped us make your stay here more comfortable. I encourage you to speak up about any difficulties you may have or have had prior to leaving the place you stay in the future. We do want to apologize if we did not answer your calls that is something that we will definitely focus and work on so that this doesn't happen in the future.

Bien pour une nuit.
Le camping est bien pour une nuit, plus je ne recommande pas. Heureusement pour nous, arriver à l’accueil pour la 1er fois, ils nous précisent que nous avons la chance d’avoir la chambre vip donc avec eau chaude. Attention lors de votre réservation car ce n’est pas précisé. Le camping est censé être au calme hors nous avons eu de la musique toute la nuit. Personnel très agréable et gentils, par contre la responsable peut se remettre en question, désagréable.

No hay agua caliente. Para bañarte con agua caliente tienes que pedir un termo y bañarte a cubetazos. No avisan eso antes de reservar. Tampoco hay wifi en las habitaciones.

Nuestro concepto es glamping (acampar con comodidades) nuestra publicidad es clara, este no es un hotel convencional, las instalaciones están acondicionadas para estar en contacto con la naturaleza. Si ofrecemos agua caliente, como usted bien lo dice, entregamos un termo con agua caliente para la ducha, además la habitación tiene agua y electricidad en todo momento a diferencia de otros glampings. En las habitaciones tenemos señal de wi-fi que dependiendo de la demanda de usuarios, puede verse empobrecida, pero generalmente es buena. Esperamos que en su próxima visita pueda llevarse una mejor impresión.Saludos cordiales.

Beautiful and peaceful 4 night stay. Extended twice. Felt like we had the place to ourselves. Two cenotes with one with lights for nighttime swimming. Delicious food at the restaurant. Ate a beautiful barramundi fish (Australia really in Mexico), decent breakfast in the morning, yoga classes, and took the Monkey Sanctuary Tour to support the conservation efforts of the owner. Great private outdoor shower, too. They bring you hot water if you need it. We even adopted one of the kittens that was living there and is now a happy member of our house in Tulum (yes we live nearby and have your company).

Nous avons passé 5 nuits parfaites dans ce glamping avec un ami. Expérience unique au milieu de la jungle. Accueil au top, tous le personnel adorable. Réservé aux personnes qui aime la vie dans la nature et qui n’attendent ps un confort d’un hôtel étoilé . Cependant tout est fait pour ne pas trop sentir les désavantages du camping brut : mise à dispo d eau chaude le matin, moustiquaires. Bon petit déjeuner: pain de mie, fruits, café, fromage blanc, muesly. (Nous n’avons ps manger au restaurant le reste du temps) Moi qui ne pourrait probablement pas passer une nuit dans une tente dans la jungle, ici j’ai envie d’y retourner. Donc foncez 😊

Para verdaderos amantes de la naturaleza
El lugar es lo que dicen, un verdadero lugar para los amantes de la naturaleza, con todo lo que eso conlleva, insectos y arañas en la cabaña, no hay aire acondicionado (solo un ventilador que la verdad no es suficiente para el caloron), mosquitos y en uno de los cenotes hay murcielagos. No lo digo como algo malo, si no para que realmente consideren esas cosas al momento de elegir este lugar para quedarse. El personal es muy amable y muy al pendiente de lo que necesitas.

Wifi in the rooms does not work. It's located no where near the beach despite the beautiful image they show of a beach. Lot's of bugs. Owners not very nice. We made a last minute reservation to enjoy a night of relaxing in the jungle with internet. We had been without internet for a week. And they just put up an image of their guests using wifi in their rooms. But the wifi is atrocious. So it was a big waste of time and money. We didn't want to use their restaurant. Bugs are everywhere and if you plan to be there you'll want to bring a six pack of spray hahaha!! Otherwise the place is great ;)

According to your own words, you were only there for a few minutes, so you cannot give a true opinion. It is clearly read that you have changed your opinion and that you have increased the unfounded complaints. We can't do anything about that. You complain that in another establishment you did not have internet for a week but that was not our problem We can ensure the following In our establishment, there was internet service. You didn't meet the owners because they weren't there when you arrived, so you can't comment on their treatment. Certainly, jungle camping is not for everyone but you chose to do it even though you don't like bugs and blame us for your "bad" experience. We think that is not fair. We recommend you check well before making your next reservation. Best regards.

Akumals small town charm has been overrun by big hotels on the beach, if you really want to immerse yourself into the tranquility of this town stay here! You will feel so welcomed and relaxed. The staff is absolutley wonderful, you know they love what they do. The Glampsite, is really beautiful with meticulous attention to detail and the wellbeing of their guests, from hot water service in the morning to fresh cold drinking water available at the restaurant at any time. The Private cenote (for guests only) really ads to the experience, the wildlife in there (birds, turtles, little fish) will be along side you:) The accommodation was spotless! (I‘m a nature lover, so i don‘t mind the occasional bug) Just bare in mind there could be the occasional spider i suppose, but there were none visiting us. The bed was a cloud, loved it. The shower is an experience in itself, absoulte privacy but it feels like you‘re „out there“ also very clean and tidy! The occasional lizzard might check in;) I feel like this place is a hidden gem! I‘d be back in a heartbeat. If you can‘t decide on where to stay in akumal or are passing through, stay here, you will leave with a smile on your face or maybe won‘t want to leave at all ;)

Obsessed!
To be honest I was a little nervous about glamping but it was one of our favorite stays to date. The accommodations were super comfortable and the food/drinks were amazing. Cesar and team showed true hospitality and we hope to come back soon!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Staff were awesome. Tents were beautiful. There are two cents at the property which are great for swimming. The restaurant area is really nice, with some craft beers, delicious mezcalitas and an old cat for company! Don't bring a suitcase as it's hard to carry down the stone path, stick with duffel bags!!

Absolutely stunning natural environment. I have never been treated better in Mexico than by the staff here. Location is fantastic and we had the cenotes to ourselves everyday.

Absolutely amazing. The staff are amazing. The restaurant was amazing. The cenotes were amazing. Definitely check out the lagoon. This is a must stay one of the best places we’ve ever stayed!

Única, cerca de playa del carmen, tulum y cancún. Tiene dos cenotes en su interior que estan muy bonitos en los que puedes relajarte en el día o si no sales del alojamiento.

Fantastic!
Fantastic staff, awesome grounds. Tent was beautiful! Got the massage and was floating as if out of body experience, absolutely fantastic. Bring somekind of mosquitoe repellent and use netting around bed!

Nos da mucha pena que hayan tenido una mala experiencia al llegar con la policía de caminos, lo que provoco una discusión entre usted y su pareja, sin embargo nosotros no tenemos nada que ver con su decisión de abandonar nuestro alojamiento y no querer disfrutar de lo que tenemos para ofrecer a nuestros huéspedes y visitantes.

Experience exceptionnelle mais trop difficile à notre goût vu la chaleur, les douches à l eau froide et surtout la voracité des moustiques ! Les cenote étaient décevantes mais service très agréable et très bon restaurant.

Enchanting. Magical. Wonderful. If you are vacationing in the Mayan Riviera take two days at least to experience this amazing place. Spending a couple of days and nights in the Mayan Jungle was refreshing for the mind, soul and body. I was fortunate to experience a Temazcal as well with an authentic Shaman! On Saturday we enjoyed Hindu Cuisine prepared by a beautiful woman from Mumbai. The staff is exceptional. Friendly, efficient, hard working and lovely. I am grateful to have spent time in the Mayan Jungle with such excellent hosts!

Mi estancia en Akumal Natura
Si lo que buscas es estar en contacto con la naturaleza, este hotel te brinda una de las mejores opciones en la zona, es rústico en muchos aspectos pero es cómodo y muy acogedor! Mi estancia fue muy agradable aunque demasiado corta, desde luego que volvería a hospedarme en este hotel!!
