"Fantastic hotel and staff"

"Good location, friendly staff. Very clean, staff very helpful and efficient. Bathroom well set up and separate toilet. Would have been useful to have a hanging rail within the bath/shower room to make better use of the drying setting that exists within the room. Some good eating options close by, One room so a bit crowded for a family but for city a reasonable option. Only two bar stools (this is as per advertisement), but with no where else to sit a bit inconvenient. Large kitchen bench but...

"Location not ideal"

Helt perfekt ophold! "

"Great value and awesome location!"

"Meget ren og central beliggenhed. Roligt kvarter. Tog og bus tæt på. Family mart lige udenfor.

"This is a nice hotel, with very service minded personnel. We got help making dinner reservations and were offered that they store our lugagge on premise a few days prior to our arrival (which we didn't end up using). The location is unbeatable yet the place is very peaceful. We didn't really appreciate that the eco-cleaning, which is the default option, does not even include changing used coffee cups. Seems very low effort, especially for the price. Altogether, i thought the hotel was quite...

"The room was spotless. Staff were very helpful. Fantastic location for Golden Gai and shinjuku sights. Tons of shopping and restaurants within 5-10 min walk. Would stay here again!"

"Tattoo-friendly onsen. Små men hyggelige værelser. Fantastisk udsigt. Venligt personale."

"hotels placering"

"Nice hotel, in a pretty good area, but the rooms are REALLY small, so Maybe get a bigger one of needed. A bit chaos with the check-in, but check-out was easy."

"Super ophold, vi vil klart benytte hotellet igen"

"Our overall 4 night stay in Tokyo at the illi Tas was sub par. The facility itself was clean, modern but has not been maintained well. Freezer was not operational, Huge crack in Window, difficult to reach Management as no one is onsite, etc. Unfortunately Management team did not step up and compensate our stay in anyway hence we had to endure and facilitate for these issues during our stay as we had prepaid for our booking. Very disappointed in the overall Management of this property!"
