Comfortable 28 m² one-bedroom apartment with a sleeping alcove and a 7.8 m² south-facing terrace
for 4 people. Magnificent view of the lagoon and the sea. There is no assigned parking space, but there are private spaces within the residence. You will have access to the parking area, but we cannot guarantee a space.

This apartment comprises a bathroom with a shower and sink, a separate toilet, a small equipped kitchen (washing machine, two-burner electric hob, small refrigerator, toaster, filter coffee maker, mini-oven, microwave), a bedroom with two single beds (80cm) and a sleeping alcove with a single bed (80cm), a dining area in the living room, and a lounge area with a TV and a sofa bed overlooking the terrace.

The large bay window is equipped with an electric roller shutter.

Usual utensils such as pots, pans, glasses, cutlery, and plates are provided, as well as duvets, pillows, and cleaning supplies.

The television offers French channels only.

The apartment does not have Wi-Fi. You can contact the agency, which offers a Wi-Fi hotspot (5GB per day) for €7 per day or €39 per week.

Sheets, towels, and kitchen towels are not provided in this apartment. You can request this from the agency if needed.

Rental price: €15 per bed for sheets.
